Salt / Lyte was started by a guy who went to purchase some electrolyte powder and was outraged by the cost. He thought, “what if I made my own?” and thus Salt / Lyte was born. From the meager beginnings, filling packets by hand at his kitchen table, we can now offer a high quality product at a low cost, by doing away with marketing expenses and growing organically through word of mouth.
