Saltlyte is great! Salt forward and not hiding it like other brands. The watermelon tastes like watermelon (with salt). Easy to adjust potency with out it going overly sweet like other products that lean to sweetening. Add less for less add more for more.. I’m using for a 48hr endurance event and it’s on point! Has what it needs for great hydration without the fillers and junk! 900 mg sodium, 380 mg potassium, 85 mg magnesium. Zero sugar, zero calories, sweetened with organic stevia.
