Watermelon is great!
This product is great! I have been running more than I have in the last 15 years and I typically take Salt Lyte the night before and the morning of running and I feel hydrated and dont hit a lull in the middle of a longer run. Communication and shipping were great throughout the process. Would certainly recommend Salt Lyte to anyone looking for hydration!
