I have been training for and running half to ultra marathon distances for over a decade. I have tried a lot of different electrolyte products in that time. Saltlyte is on par or better than anything else I have tried. It doesn't bother my stomach, and provides all my electrolyte needs while running with a great taste! The salty Lime flavor is actually kind of addicting, lol.
